million-square-foot mixed-use development that reinvigorated and redefined Columbus Circle,
establishing it as a grand gateway to Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The iconic twin-tower
complex integrates office, retail, hospitality, residential, and cultural components, including The
Shops at Columbus Circle, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, luxury condominiums, and Jazz at
Lincoln Center. The project has set a benchmark for large-scale, mixed-use urban development
in New York City.
